The pan for this seat was custom hand made by the customer that brought it in. I covered it with gray hornback crocodile skin and a Butt Buffer gel pad underneath.
I originally covered this Big Dog motorcycle seat with red crocodile skin to match the color of the bike. Later the customer decided that he would prefer black crocodile skin so now the seat is black croc skin!
This custom Harley Davidson motorcycle seat is made entirely from full quill ostrich skin and French stitching. (Both the seating area and the trim are full quill ostrich!). The seat areas are black and both contain Butt Buffer gel pads. The trim is white.
After putting the seat on the bike the customer requested an additional piece of black leather trim that really sets the set off from the bike and makes it look sharp!
This seat is made out of black stingray with genuine red leather trim. The owner of this bourget motorcycle had the bike painted to match the colors of the seat!
This custom design was created by using a red insert and white stitching to create an outline. This seat is for a Harley Davidson motorcycle and is made out of genuine leather and there is a Butt Buffer gel pad under the cover.
These photos show how we install Butt Buffer gel pads under your seat cover as part of the seat. The original seat foam can either be shaved down to retain the original height, the gel pad can be place on top of the existing foam without modifying it, or we can remove a significant amount of foam and then insert the gel pad to reduce the seat height.
